We're looking for a licensed Chiropractor to join us in this rewarding office-based role. Identifying providers and helping them to work towards a best practice scenario, you would enjoy plenty of exciting clinical challenges, an excellent benefits package, and solid growth potential.

Primary responsibilities include:

*Working with and contacting assigned providers via telephone to present our clinical support program
*Educating providers regarding healthcare alternatives and applicable benefits
*Making determinations of medical necessity for managed indemnity and PPO insured individuals
*Focusing on the complexity, intensity and expected outcomes of the services implemented (not just on diagnosis or claim expenditure)
*Assessing and complying with the member's benefit plan design and customer-specific account instructions, as well as liability issues and federal and state mandates
*Providing network education and negotiation of services rendered by non-network providers
*Determining the case management plan's effectiveness in reaching desired outcomes and goals
* Maintaining positive working relationships with team members, providers, and physicians

Job Requirements:

A current Chiropractic License is required. Must have a solid understanding of current clinical therapies and treatments. Directly related managed care experience is ideal. Part 4 of the boards is a plus.
