Chiropractor

A leading medical company is seeking a Chiropractor candidate to provide one-on-one consult services for our potential patients (within a region). You will be responsible for creating and delivering educational presentations to potential patients in both large group settings and on an individual basis. You will provide diagnostic reports and scans as necessary and serve as a general resource for patient education and information related to various conditions and the services our company can provide. May also be responsible for monitoring patient trends and making recommendations regarding consult or seminar services. Will provide input from a medical perspective to ensure that these functions exceed regulatory, organizational or professional expectations.

Responsibilities:
•Interprets and gives necessary guidance on the medical policies and procedures affecting the consult or seminar process in order to enhance patient care
•Participates with company leadership in the revision of current policies and the development of new policies and procedures relating to the functioning of seminars and consult offices. Ensures adherence to the facility policies and procedures and other lawful standards
•Effectively makes decisions to achieve desired outcomes

Knowledge & Skills:

•Must have a knowledge, understanding and commitment to the practice of medicine and with a specific focus on the patient
•Demonstrates the ability to work as a team member and to communicate directly and professionally. Is flexible, reliable, productive, patient-oriented and self-motivated.
•Demonstrates the ability to build rapport with patients within the parameters of the doctor-patient relationship
•Uses critical thinking, logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
•Monitors and assesses individual and organizational performance to make improvements or take corrective action
•Maintains professional conduct and appearance

Education:

Required: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of medicine as demonstrated by a doctorate degree in medicine, osteopathic medicine, or chiropractic. Board certification or eligibility on the appropriate schedule is required.

License/certification:

Required: Must have active license
